On Monday, March 15, we'll be celebrating the Ides of March with our spring benefit. Please join us for an evening of great food, beer and wine, as well as a sneak preview of our new project No Reason to Run, a one-person show created for ensemble member Michael Szeles (The Most Damaging Wound, Goats) by playwright Blair Singer (The Most Damaging Wound, Meg's New Friend). Last time we did a one-man show starring Mike Szeles, nytheatre.com's Martin Denton raved that Goats was "a superb, touching, and quite remarkable performance" -- now, Szeles teams up with playwright Singer for a new play, told in successive monologues, that explores the question of how a person moves on when they've been a witness to, or even a participant in, a death. |
